10th Aquaculture Workshop, 12 – 15 February 2025

The Aquaculture Workshop was convened at Antalya Titanic Mardan Palace Kundu Hotel from 12 – 15 February 2025. This significant event, which garnered extensive participation, brought together all stakeholders involved in Aquaculture Production to address strategies for enhancing production in our country in a more efficient and sustainable manner. In contrast to the previous year’s workshop, comprehensive discussions were conducted on

1) The current state of aquaculture production and potential contract production,

2) Climate change and aquaculture and,

3) The challenges faced by small and medium-sized enterprises.

Additionally, informative presentations were delivered on the quality of aquaculture feeds and the impact of changing conditions on fish health in the fish diseases and feed session. Our company founder, Prof. Dr. Tufan Eroldoğan, delivered a presentation on the Effects of Nutrition and Feed Management on Fish Health in the Fish Diseases and Feed session. In his discourse, which examined stress factors in fish, the significance of raw materials utilised in their feed, nutrition-related issues in our country, and potential solutions, Dr. Eroldoğan also posited that feed technology adapted to environmental conditions is a viable option.
